How I work

who i am

I am an authentic, confident coach connected to her natural power. My approach incorporates intuition, joy and play.

As a certified professional life coach, my sweet spot is helping those experiencing a transition which calls them to awaken to their full self and life purpose.

WHAT I HELP YOU DISCOVER

I help you find clarity about your personal truth - what matters to you most, what you uniquely bring to this world, and how to create the life that matches who you are now.

WHAT I BELIEVE

I believe we all desire to matter and make an impact.

I also believe that the world would be so much the better if we all shared our gifts with the world.

Conscious awareness is the key. So - it's time to take off the blinders, tap into your true self as a creator and start doing what you are here to do in the world!

MY ROLE AS A COACH

I'm a catalyst. I spark change through questions and exercises - raising your own awareness of your perspective and awareness so that you can make a CHOICE to use that perspective – or any other one that fits better once you identify it.

Transitions are challenging, but they also give you an opportunity to learn and grow. I can help you step into a new way of being.

WHY I COACH

I find deep enjoyment in drawing out people's wisdom and reflecting that back to them. I enjoy process, great conversations, challenging assumptions and seeing light bulbs come on when someone sees a new perspective. Connection is one of my core values and being present and honoring other people's stories and experience is a way that I can foster that value.

I want you to feel seen and valued for who you are. I want you to realize that your experiences, thoughts, and interpretations are normal.

And, I want you to remember who you really are, why you matter, and reconnect with that core truth so that you can go out and share your unique gifts with the world.

I work with clients who find themselves in a place of transition, ready to answer the call of awakening to their full self and purpose.
